Beth Lowe and the Lowe Team Biography

My interest in real estate began as a child when my father opened his own real estate company in Setauket, NY, Setauket Harbor Realty.  I would tag along on weekends to open houses and spend time at the office.  I was in charge of putting together the MLS Book- before the days of the internet.  While most kids played house- I subdivided my back yard and sold lots to my friends to play housing development. 
I have been a full time Realtor for over two years.  I began my career selling bank owned properties and foreclosures but felt limited even in this market.  In July of 2010 I changed directions and went to Exit Realty Achieve in Smithtown, NY.  Exit Realty is a full service real estate company that offers its agents and clients the latest in technology. Exit is always ahead of current trends in technology and is growing while every other company is shrinking. 
In October of 2010, I earned my CDPE designation (certified distressed property expert) in order to help the growing number of people in the area who can no longer afford their homes.  Assisting this segment of the market and selling the houses before they become bank owned is crucial to maintaining the property values on Long Island.
